Occasionally noisy. Have somebody parked at paid covered spot three times. The tow company and management team were not helpful two times.
Anonymous on Jan 31, 2022The Fitz is a nice place, the neighbors are friendly and I haven’t had any issue’s. The package delivery system is awful, and new management has been super vague about taking over as well as making themselves known to tenants, so I don’t like that. The parking spaces are small and there is no guest parking. The apartments are overpriced as well, especially considering the lack of amenities.
